A New Way to Work Has Arrived at the Amarillo Building
We’re excited to announce that Regus is now officially open at the Amarillo Building.
As one of the world's leading providers of flexible workspace solutions, Regus offers a modern approach to office space. Whether someone needs a professional meeting room, a private office, a dedicated workspace, or simply a place to work for a few hours, Regus provides flexible options designed to meet the needs of today's businesses and entrepreneurs. The addition of Regus highlights how the Amarillo Building continues to blend our historic charm with the conveniences and amenities modern professionals expect.
One of the first businesses to call the Regus space home is CPR Cart, an innovative company making CPR certification and renewal easier than ever. CPR Cart allows individuals to complete their coursework online and then finish their hands-on skills assessment in less than 30 minutes using an automated CPR training station. They provide a convenient way for healthcare professionals, first responders, and community members to maintain their certification.
If you haven’t had a chance to see the new Regus space, we hope you’ll stop by and take a look. They are located on the 5th and 6th floors. The offices, meeting rooms, and common areas look amazing! We think you'll be impressed with what they've created and hope you'll help us welcome them to the Amarillo Building community.
The Longhorns Are Coming to Downtown Amarillo
One of Amarillo's most unique traditions returns on Saturday, June 6, at 10 a.m. as the Coors Cowboy Club Cattle Drive makes its way through downtown.
The drive features approximately 60 Texas Longhorns, along with riders, western-themed groups, and staged Old West shootouts, all celebrating Amarillo's rich ranching heritage. The procession begins on Polk Street and winds its way through downtown before heading to the Tri-State Fairgrounds.
If you've never seen a herd of Longhorns walking through the heart of downtown Amarillo, this is a great opportunity to experience a piece of the city's history. We encourage you to step outside, find a spot along the route, and help welcome one of the most uniquely Amarillo events of the summer. Be sure to swing by the parking lot here at the Amarillo Building. We're adding to the fun and have a special treat in store.

A Quick Reminder: 100 Photos for 100 Years
As part of our centennial celebration, we are still looking for historic photographs to include in our permanent 100 Photos for 100 Years exhibit. If you have an old photo of Amarillo, Polk Street, a local landmark, a community event, or a special moment that captures the spirit of our city, we’d love to see it. Selected photographs will become part of a permanent display inside the Amarillo Building. Submissions are open through July 15.
To submit a photo or learn more, contact Misty Pulliam at 806-342-4700 or misty@3923mgmt.com. Help us preserve the stories that helped shape Amarillo's first 100 years.

High Noon Returns to Downtown Amarillo
One of our favorite summertime traditions is back! Center City's High Noon on the Square officially kicks off on Wednesday, June 3, on the lawn of the Potter County Courthouse, just around the corner from the Amarillo Building.
Held every Wednesday in June and July from 12 to 1 p.m., High Noon on the Square combines live entertainment, great food, and a chance to enjoy lunch outdoors in the heart of downtown Amarillo. This year's lineup features a variety of local and regional performers, with food available for purchase from local vendors.
Whether you're looking to take a break from the office, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy some live music, High Noon on the Square is a great reason to get outside and experience everything downtown has to offer. We hope to see you there!

Help Us Give Students a Clean Start
Our building-wide collection for the Clean Start Back to School Hygiene Fair is underway! The fair will take place on August 1 at Sam Houston Park and helps local families prepare for the school year with essential hygiene and household items. Last year, the event served more than 600 people, and organizers are hoping to make an even bigger impact this year. If you would like to participate, donations of soap, shampoo, toothpaste, detergent, dish soap, and toilet paper are especially appreciated. Every item helps make the start of the school year a little easier for a local family.

Did you know we recently uncovered a 1925 newspaper advertisement promoting the Amarillo Building to investors in St. Louis? It's fascinating to
see how Amarillo's first skyscraper was marketed as a symbol of growth, opportunity, and a bright future for our city. Discoveries like this are just one of the many reasons we love exploring the history of the Amarillo Building. We regularly share historic photographs, newspaper clippings, fun facts, and other pieces of Amarillo history on our social media channels.
