Hello, August!
As we welcome August, we want to thank each of you for continuing to make the Amarillo Building a vibrant and thriving place to work. This month, we’re focusing on staying connected, finishing the summer strong, and preparing for the busy fall season ahead. We don’t know about you, but we’re more than ready for falling leaves, cooler temperatures, and those gorgeous Texas Panhandle sunsets that come with autumn!
Coming soon to the 1st floor lobby!
We’re excited to announce that an NXTBrew fully automated espresso machine is coming soon to the 1st floor lobby! This made-in-Italy, state-of-the-art machine uses bean-to-cup technology, grinding whole coffee beans fresh for every cup to deliver high-quality espresso in just 30 seconds. You’ll be able to enjoy café favorites like Americanos, lattes, hot chocolate, and more, all without leaving the building. Fresh, barista-level drinks are almost here, get ready to sip and savor!
Tenant Spotlight: Young Firm, P.C.
We’re excited to highlight Young Firm, P.C., one of the newest businesses to join the Amarillo Building community! They’ve just moved into Suite 320 and are already bringing expertise and energy to the building. Be sure to stop by and welcome them to their new home if you see them around!
Support Downtown: AMA-CON
Mark your calendars! AMA-CON returns to the Amarillo Civic Center on August 2–3. This fun, family-friendly pop culture convention is a great way to support our downtown neighbors while enjoying art, comics, gaming, cosplay, and more. Grab your friends and make a day of it, every ticket helps keep the downtown community thriving.
Ice Cream Social
We all need a little mid-afternoon pick-me-up! Join us on Wednesday, August 20, from 2:00–3:30 PM in the 1st floor lobby for our Ice Cream Social. It’s the perfect way to cool off, connect with your building neighbors, and end summer on a sweet note.
Co-Working Space Coming Soon!
We’re excited to share that Regus is creating a brand-new co-working space right here in the Amarillo Building! This will be a fantastic addition for those who thrive in collaborative environments or need flexible workspace options. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.
