In this edition:

Happy Easter!

As Easter approaches, we’re reminded of the joy that comes with new beginnings, fresh starts, and time spent with those who matter most. Spring is in full bloom, and we’re grateful to share another season with such a wonderful community. We hope this Easter brings you happiness, renewal, and a little extra brightness both in and out of the office. Happy Easter!

Help Us Grow the Amarillo Building Community

As many of you know, the Amarillo Building is a unique blend of historic character and modern convenience, and it’s the people inside these walls who truly bring it to life. As we continue working to fill our available spaces, we would love your help. If you know a business owner, entrepreneur, or growing team who might be a great fit for downtown Amarillo, we would appreciate it if you could spread the word about the opportunities here. We offer a variety of office spaces designed to meet different needs, along with a setting that combines timeless architecture with updated interiors and a professional environment. If someone comes to mind, feel free to point them our way or share amarillobuilding.net with them. We would be glad to show them around and help them find the right space.

A Note From Our Maintenance Team

Please note that power to the Amarillo Building will be temporarily shut off on April 12 as Xcel Energy completes equipment repairs in the alley. Thank you in advance for your patience. We really do appreciate it!

Music in Bloom: A Spring Season of Sound

Chamber Music Amarillo invites you to experience Music Through the Generations on April 18, a program that brings together timeless works and showcases the enduring beauty of chamber music. This performance offers a unique opportunity to hear music that spans eras while highlighting the artistry and connection that define the chamber music experience.

Later in the month, the Amarillo Symphony will present Brahms’ Requiem on April 24 and 25. This powerful work brings together orchestra and voices in a deeply expressive program that reflects on life, loss, and hope.

In conjunction with the concert, the Symphony will host a Lunch and Listening event on April 24, offering guests the opportunity to gain deeper insight into the music, the composer, and the meaning behind this remarkable performance.

Take Me Out to the Ballgame

One of the best parts of having an office at the Amarillo Building is being right in the heart of everything downtown has to offer, including baseball season at Hodgetown. The Amarillo Sod Poodles open their 2026 home season on Friday at 7:05 p.m. against the Springfield Cardinals.

Opening Weekend is packed with fun, including a fireworks show, a magnet schedule giveaway on Saturday, and Sunday Fun Day on April 5. Grab your tickets, make plans with coworkers or friends, and enjoy one of the best traditions of spring right here in downtown Amarillo.

Have a great month, and let us know how we can support you and your business!
