We are excited to announce that the Historic Amarillo Building's project to replace and upgrade our elevators has officially started!
The first phase of the project will address the elevators in the North Tower.
We want to ensure that the time you and your guests spend here is enjoyable and productive. So, we're investing more than one million dollars to install state-of-the-art elevators to make your experience in our building exceptional. We will have signs posted as a reminder to use the appropriate elevators, but we encourage you to inform your guests before visiting the building. Parking and entrances of the building will not be affected during regular business hours. For this portion of the project, the elevator installation will mostly take place in the basement on the North side of the building. Basement access to the lobby boxes, the parking garage, and the freight elevator will be unaffected.
Northwest Corner Storage Unit Tenants We do not expect your ability to access your storage unit to be impacted. However, to avoid any difficulty we ask that you call our office at 888-991-3923 or 806-379-8854 if you need to access your unit so we can assist you and make sure your access is unobstructed.
